This workshop will enhance your understanding of attachment theory and how breastfeeding beyond infancy can, where it is desired by mother and child, be supportive of developing healthy secure attachment and mental health.
This workshop will address common misconceptions and the role of infant feeding professionals in supporting mothers to follow WHO guidance on breastfeeding to at least two years or as far beyond as the breastfeeding dyad choose with confidence.
