  • Two hour live interactive workshop with a Consultant Clinical Psychologist specialising in breastfeeding. Access to pre-recorded video and content for three months

  • Many mothers you work with will have a history of sexual abuse or trauma, whether they disclose this to you or not. This workshop will allow you to better understand how this may impact breastfeeding, and how you can ensure that you are providing trauma-informed care to everyone you see. 

  • Practical psychological strategies that you can use to provide trauma-informed compassionate feeding support to all women. Additional considerations when you are aware that someone has experienced sexual abuse.

  • Tools to navigate the complex emotions that may arise for both you and your client

  • Guidance on boundaries, positioning and touch to promote positive breastfeeding experiences and bodily autonomy
